Payment Terms

  • All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before services begin, depending on the project agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of a scheduled service may be eligible for a refund (minus any non-refundable deposits).

  • Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice may forfeit the deposit or incur cancellation fees.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.
