Behind the Studio
Konstantin Alexander is an Austin-based artist, creative director and producer with nearly three decades of experience working across music, audio, video, and visual storytelling. His work blends creative direction with hands-on production, helping people shape ideas, make clear decisions, and follow projects through from concept to completion.
While sound remains a foundational part of his work, Konstantin approaches every project holistically. He focuses on how ideas are communicated, how they feel when experienced, and how all elements work together. This includes creative direction, music and podcast production, audio and video recording, visual content, and production systems designed to support long-term creative work.
Through KA Studios, Konstantin works as a creative partner for musicians, filmmakers, podcasters, therapists, coaches, and businesses of all sizes. The work often begins with direction and clarity, then moves into hands-on production across music, audio, video, and visual content.
Projects may include producing and recording music, developing podcasts and audiobooks, capturing audio and video for interviews or branded content, designing studio setups, or helping shape how work is presented and shared. The goal is not to offer isolated services, but to support the full creative process so the final result feels cohesive, intentional, and well made.

As a performer and producer, he has appeared at respected venues including Walt Disney Concert Hall, House of Blues, Stubb’s, and The Hotel Café, sharing the stage with artists such as Sara Bareilles, Colin Hay, Shawn Colvin, Stephen Kellogg, and Sean and Sara Watkins of Nickel Creek.
Today, Konstantin works closely with clients as a creative and production partner, offering hands-on support from early direction through final delivery. Whether launching a podcast, recording an audiobook, producing a song, or building a studio, the focus is on making the process feel clear, collaborative, and well supported.
